Mr. Billy Joe Allen was born May 7, 1935 in Waxahachie, Tx. He was the 6th child born to Rev. and Mrs. Osborn and Inease Allen. Billy entered eternal rest on March 10, 2013. Billy was loving husband, faithful father, giving brother, and a wonderful friend. He was educated in Waxahachie, Tx and graduated from Turner High School in 1955....
