Erick Wayne Goff was born in Waxahachie, Texas on February 11, 1986 to Ray and Gladys Carter-Goff. He attended public schools in Ennis, Texas, and graduated in 2004 from Ennis High School, Ennis, Texas. Erick played Ennis football and track. He was a very proud Ennis Lion. Erick was a loving devoted son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend. He was well known in Ennis and he will be remembered as a quiet, smiling, kind-hearted person who didn't mind helping those in need. Erick was a faithful supporter of the Timothy Baptist Church through his mother Gladys Goff. On Saturday, November 16, 2013, the Angel of Silence came for Erick. We mourn heavily, especially when we lose our young. We will miss Erick, but we rest in the fact we know he is in the hands of the Lord, where there is no more pain. At the time of his death, he was employed by Sherwin Williams. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Johnny and Katie Carter, and Ray Allen Goff, Sr. Great-grandparents, Willie Baine and Huey Fulton; Great-great-grandmother, Kate Fulton. Erick leaves to celebrate his life: Significant Other: Kenya Pineda of Ennis; Sisters; LaKeshia Carter (Tim) and Tonya Goff of Ennis, Derrick Goff (Kimberly) of Grand Prairie, Texas; Father, Ray Goff, II; Grandmother, Lois Goff; Five nieces; Daija Carter, Atiruz Zurita, Brooklyn Goff, Tamiyah Goff, all of Ennis and Nylah Goff of Waco, Texas. One nephew; Treyvon Goff of Ennis, and numerous uncles, aunts, host of other relatives and friends.
