Jan 1, 1933 Jan 2, 2014 Walter Napoleon Lacey was born January 1, 1933 to the Late Smith Edward and Ruth Lacey in Centerville, Tx. Walter was joined in holy matrimony to Christine Mays on February 21, 1953. He was happily married for sixty years. To This union five children were born. Glenn, Nedra and Donna Lacey all of Waxahachie, Tx, Madelyn King and Darrell Lacey of Lancaster, Tx. He was a devoted, passionate, and loving man. He believed in taking care of his family and those around him. Walter Lacey was preceded in death by his parents and his brother James Weslyn Lacey Sr. Viewing on Thursday January 9, 2014, from 1:00pm to 6:30 followed by a wake service from 7pm to 8pm at Community Funeral Home Edgar Thomas Memorial Chapel.
