Rosel was born on May 26, 1947 in Drane, TX to the parents of Henry and Bessie Townsel. Rosel received her education in the Corsicana School District. In 1974 she met and married Billy Don Story of Waxahachie, TX. Rosel and Billy moved to Stockton California where she worked for Washington Mutual Bank as a Loan Closing Officer for many years until she retired. Rosel unite with Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in 1980 where she served as a Financial Clerk. Rosel is proceeded in death by her parents, Henry and Bessie Townsel and four sisters. Rosel is survived by her wonderful husband of 45 years Billy Story; two daughters, Sandra (John) Pitts of Corsicana, TX and Zina Baptist of Sacramento, CA and brother, James Brown of Sacramento, CA. Rosel leaves to cherish her memories 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and a host of family members. She was loved and will be greatly missed.
