Norman Eugene Wheaton, Sr. was born November 14, 1939, to the parentage of Tommie and Ollie Wheaton. Norman was educated in the Waxahachie Independent School District. Norman worked for many years as a general laborer in the concrete industry. Preceded in death by; wife, Annie Marie; father Tommie and mother Ollie; son, Michael Charles; daughters, Debra and Vera; brothers, Bennie Sr., James, and Isreal Lee; sisters, Frances Jackson and Oramae Wheaton; granddaughter, Clarissh Johnson.
