Rev. Washington was born December 13, 1941 in Caldwell, Texas. He graduated from Smith High School in Goss, Texas. Rev. Washington was employed by Tyler Refrigeration as a truck driver and was a member of the ministerial staff at El Bethel Baptist Church.
