Audrey Woods, 92 passed peacefully on March 9, 2009. He is preceded in death by his wife Lershie B.Woods and four sons Andrew Lee Woods, J.B.Woods, David Lee Woods and Roy Lee Woods. He leaves to cherish his memory Two sons Rev. Steven Lee Woods(Marilyn) of Waxahachie,TX and Ray Woods(Brenda) of Grand Prairie, TX; six daughters, Noble Kemp, Earlene Johnson, and Lizzie Reed(Robert) all of Dallas,TX, Wanda Young(Mark) of Lancaster, Audie Hatter and Sophia Bivins(Rev. David) of Waxahachie,TX; two sisters Mercy Hatton of Waxahachie and Julia Harris of Ft. Worth,TX; one brother L.C. Wafford of Ennis, TX ,30 Grandchildren, 54, great-grandchildren and 12, great-great-grandchildren.
